The mountain cottage is a unique, remote and romantic place to disconnect, enjoy spectacular sunsets followed by an evening of star gazing. High up in the Waterberg mountains this eco cottage operates on solar power and relies on rain water harvesting, whilst battery operated lamps are provided for light. The cottage is best reached by 4x4 or high clearance vehicle; alternatively arrange for us to fetch you at the gate to take you. Join us and switch off, very limited connectivity only.

Covid 19 response, all our staff are vaccinated and the Tent is completely isolated. There is no contact with any other guests.

Klipsand Tentcamp is nestled at the foot of the majestic Waterberg mountains and the Marakele National Park in the Thabazimbi bushveld. One bedroom with a bathroom. kitchen and open plan living space. There is a private fire place with a look out point. This chalet is ideal for guests that prefer more privacy as this chalet is on the boundary of the lodge.
