Отдыхали семьей на вилле в конце апреля, всё было замечательно. На вилле чисто и уютно. Есть вся необходимая мебель и посуда. Почти до всех точек развлечения 10-15 минут на машине. Phil был на связи и быстро отвечал на вопросы. Всем рекомендую, для семьи с детьми это лучший вариант.

We had a great time staying there. The Pool was fantastic and the location is great. The compound is well maintained and very quiet.

הבית היה נוח מאד ומתאים בדיוק לצרכינו. בריכת השחיה היתה אקסטרה פינוק. המטבח היה מאובזר בכל מה שצריך אפילו במכונת קפה. המארחים היו נחמדים ועוזרים. נהנינו מאד מהשהייה.

It is very conveniently located, easy to reach Maya Mall and Ningman road for shopping and eating various local food . The host is also very warm hearted to help you before and during the stay

I came with a few friends to Natthamon’s property and had an amazing time. Both hosts were very helpful and responsive with offering immediate support when needed. Their property is beautiful and we all felt very much at home. Only one thing is that the property is located 30 mins drive from Chiang Mai centre, meaning that it was a little bit long getting in to and from town every day. So if you are looking for a peaceful escape then this is definitely the property for you 😁😁

The host was amazing and friendly. Very responsive when we sent inquiries. The place was clean and looked as pictured. The kids and adults enjoyed the stay and the pool.

We’ve just returned from 9 unforgettable nights at The Naked Villa – a magical experience we’ll never forget. Our group of five (two couples and a teen) loved every moment. The villa is beautiful, with stunning views, private spaces, and a perfect saltwater pool. Indoor-outdoor living made us feel truly connected to nature. Jook helped with boat trips and car hire, and P’noy, the housekeeper and chef, made our stay extra special with her warmth and delicious food. We fell in love with the sweet resident cat and her tiny kitten – she was skinny when we arrived but thriving by the time we left. Please be kind to her – she’s so friendly and just adds to the heart of the place. Massages at the villa were fantastic, and while the villa may need a little TLC, it didn’t matter. We’d return in a heartbeat. Pure paradise. Don’t hesitate to book – it’ll change your life. Thanks Marc, Jook & P'noy!

Location is perfect! Host is very responsive. Amenities, doors ,chairs,couch, outdoor neighbour privacy can be maintained better. Bed is comfortable. AC in bedroom was great We had a really relaxing stay on the beach. The location is again amazing. Walking distance to breakfast and dinner, massages and if you rent transportation easy to assess the whole island. But again location…That what you are paying for. Will recommend and visit again. Great host and great place. Clear instructions and useful recommendations. Street food and convenience shops just a few steps away. 10mins walk to BTS via short cut through W food court and W district. Rare 8 bedrooms with fully equipped kitchen and big living hall for big groups to hang out. Had a great time. Thanks Susan!

Rachel is a rockstar at catering to ALL of your needs & she is SO kind & courteous about it, from beginning to end!!🥰 Her communication & hospitality are spectacular, both through message & in person❤️ With a honeymoon so far from home, in a place we’ve never been to before, she took care of so many details that helped eliminate potential stressors of being in such a new environment. We were SO GRATEFUL🙏🙏 The Hatch is absolutely beautiful🤩 great location for reaching a variety of places. The views are breathtaking & being able to look straight out to it from the super comfy bed is a dream come true😍 it is equipped with everything you need & Rachel’s awesome team helps keep it tidy too! Everything was extremely clean, organized & so adorably decorated😊 it is wonderfully breezy with the doors & windows open during the day, so you don’t have to use the air conditioning all the time. There are two fans that kept us very comfortable on top of that as well. A honeymoon well spent here

What an amazing property and host! Our family of 9 stayed here for a couple weeks and it was amazing! The house is beautiful, clean and warm. The host and her husband are super kind and welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend, will be back next year!

We were a family of 4 and we're very comfortable. We only stayed for 3 days, and everything was fine. The location is great, it is in a secured area. A 7/11 is a few min of walking on the main road (outside the droparm berier). About 15 min to the beach and less than 10 min to a mall. veery nice clean place. Thank you

belle maison et propre,, il y a une rue pas très loin pour se restaurer et faire quelques courses. Il y a également à 30 mètres un service de linge et de massage ( les dames sont vraiment toppissime) les hôtes sont très réactifs. si je peux faire un petit reproche c'est qu'il manquait le 1er nécessaire de cuisine ( huile, sel et poivre) nous recommandons cette belle maison au calme absolu.

We enjoyed our 1-month stay here very much. The surroundings are beautiful and well taken care of. Any questions we had were quickly resolved. Take note that the apartment is a little ways off from the main beach / tourist area and you will need to think about transportation. We were not comfortable riding a scooter but we were satisfied with the availability of Grab in this area (5-10 minutes drive to the main strip). This location is, however, great if you are planning to train at one of the two muay thai gyms nearby and there are some small cafes and other things to do within walking distance. Especially for a longer stay we preferred being in a quieter and non-touristy area.

Very friendly, polite host, always replied quickly. Even drove us to Bangrak beach when Bolt driver cancelled our ride because of road works (these road works were a bit inconvenient). The villa is beautiful, clean, spacy, as in pictures. The location of Dreamland residence is a bit unhandy If you don't hire car/motorcycle. We traveled by ordering Bolt, often drivers couldn't find the right way. But the beach is approximately 2 km away and many other places of interest. Electricity is a bit expensive (not included in the reservation cost). Pool was great, clean. Villa was good equipped. It was private and exactly as in pictures.

Ben was a very great host and his place was amazing his alertness was on point as I text he responded to every need. I recommend the Airbnb under one condition if planning keeping it the way it is prefect 😂 guy it’s really nice there. I recommend Ben as a host overall very friendly guy. Thanks Ben for having us we enjoyed our stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is by far the best place we've stayed at during our 8 months in Southeast Asia. The place is absolutely beautiful - more beautiful than in the photos. Stunning sunsets every day, bana trees everywhere, so many birds to watch from the terrace. It simply doesn't get better than this. The house is more spacious than we expected and it had everything you might need. The bed is comfy and internet is very fast and stable - over 500mbps in testing. Perfect for remote workers - we could work on the terrace by the entrance, terrace on the sunset side and either of the rooms. The common kitchen is big, spacious and has everything you might need. Hosts are extremely helpful and nice - we had some joint dinners and celebrations for the lantern festival and new years. It takes about 30 min on the bike to get to the city center, but there are local restaurants and you have Grab here too. We're definitely coming back. It's the perfect place if you want some peace and nature.

We had a remarkable stay at this villa. Our family stayed for 5 weeks and didn’t want to leave! We felt right at home. The villa and the location were perfect for us. The stay was made even more comfortable by the friendly staff who were always available to assist us with whatever we needed. We will definitely be returning. Thanks again!

Alexandra’s place is a gem along with Alexandra! Within 10 minutes of checking in, I unfortunately had a serious medical issue and Alexandra immediately helped me seek care and checked up on me regularly. When I was back at the Airbnb (stayed 1.5 weeks), I loved staying there. Right off Zen beach but quiet and located next to the meditation center. I am not able to rent a scooter so this location was ideal to walk to almost anything locally or get a taxi. The bed is very comfortable, the AC and hot water were strong. Already planning on staying here again. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Highly Recommended Perfect location, roughly equidistant to all other areas of interest on the island Big comfy bed + blackout curtains + powerful air conditioning Fantastic unobstructed view Everything is exactly as per the pictures, except the bathroom which is actually bigger in real Host is 10/10, easy communication, super responsive and fast to react - The place feels homey and cozy Other comments mention loud music, which is indeed true but it's not as bad as described, parties are down to once a week and decibel level is not that excessive, for reference when streaming a show on my phone, i wouldn't hear anything else Keeping in mind the easy access, the proximity to every need within walking distance, the central yet with a secluded feel, it's like being in a nature cocoon but close the shops/stores/services/food Worth It
