Schönberg is just a few kilometers away from the recreational area on the Erbeskopf. So this is exactly the right starting point for cycling tours, hikes, walks through the forests or along the Moselle. The oldest city in Germany - Trier, as well as the city of Luxembourg or Bernkasel - Kues, are also within easy reach by car to explore. In addition to a newly designed playground for children, Schönberg also offers three vending machines with various supplies (directly at the entrance to the village).

"Hunsrück Valley View" Holiday Home with SAUNA

A two-bedroom stylish and comfortable holiday apartment for up to four, with a terrace and picture-perfect view of the valley and mountains below. A cedar barrel sauna is available (at extra cost). The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. You can also visit our herd of Scottish Highlanders!

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine as well as a dryer.

We offer an approximately 100 m² vacation apartment for up to 3 adults in a quiet rural setting. From this location you can reach Luxembourg in about 35 km or the oldest city in Germany Trier at the same distance. A special highlight is the Saar loop with the treetop trail. From here, numerous hiking opportunities and also bike excursions along the Saar or the Moselle are recommended. The homeowners live on the first floor of the house.

Modern design meets history. The listed house stands, surrounded by vineyards, in the Steeg district directly below Stahleck Castle. This unique place has a style all its own: ecological materials such as clay and wood give the house a unique flair and an unsurpassed indoor climate. The half-timbered house, built in 1622, is modernly furnished. A wood and pellet stove creates a special evening feel-good atmosphere.

Welcome to the RebenQuartier, located in an old winery right in the heart of the vineyards. The flat has a fantastic view, even when you're taking a shower! This is a well-insulated attic flat with a lift and a kitchen. All windows have electric shutters. Pets are welcome for a fee of €15 per day. Wines are available for purchase from our own vineyards, which are managed by F.J. Regnery.
