Luxurious 1000 sq ft Private Terrace 2 Bed Condo

Relax amid the latest high-end furniture from Roche Bobois and Jardin de Ville, even a coffee table designed by Lenny Kravitz. The 1,000 square foot terrace boasts a 270-degree view of Toronto. Guests have access to hot tubs, a gym, sauna, and more. NOTE: Amenities (including the gym) in the building are temporarily closed due to COVID-19. The condo is furnished with high end furniture from Roche Bobois and Jardin De Ville... there's even a coffee table designed by Lenny Kravitz. Smart TV's everywhere and Sonos Sound system for indoor and outdoor listening pleasure. Our 1000 Square Foot terrace is very unique for a downtown location. You have a 270 degree view of the downtown and is a perfect entertainment spot. It's great for sun bathing and some pre-dinner drinks and conversation. Come have a great time in a safe and secure building with 24 hour concierge and security. There are 2 private bedrooms with queen size hotel style beds + available roll-away bed for groups of 5 people. 2 full bathrooms with all toiletries provided. The Kitchen comes fully equipped with all cooking utensils and pots and pans. If you're a coffee lover, you're really going to enjoy the coffee selection that is provided. Note: We have a spectacular sister property right next door, which boasts 3 bedrooms, plus a roll-away bed if needed, plus another 1000 square foot terrace. The 2 terraces are connected and will be accessible for large groups. The 2 condos hold a total of 12 people. Guests are allowed to use all amenities in the building. Amenities include the outdoor space on the 6th floor, which has hot tubs, many lounge areas, BBQ's and sun decks. The gym is also on the 6th floor along with the mens/womens change rooms, saunas/showers, a tv lounge and quiet sitting areas. You will need to bring your keys/fobs to gain access to the common areas. I live 5 minutes away from the building and almost always greet guests upon their arrival to show them around and take them up to the suite. I am readily available if guests need anything such as extra towels, supplies or even suggestions on where to go for dinner. Note: If for some reason I cannot meet and greet you upon your arrival, I will send you the lock-box instructions. The western end of Queen (sometimes simply referred to as "Queen West") is now best known as a centre for Canadian broadcasting, music, fashion, performance, and visual arts. Over the past 25 years, it's become a major Toronto tourist attraction. Public transit is closeby... streetcars on Queen Street and King Street, plus the Osgoode Subway station is just a short 2 minute walk. Both Union Station (train) and The Bus Terminal are just a 10 minute walk, Billy Bishop (Island Airport) is 10 minute taxi ride away and Pearson Airport can be reached by taxi or by the UP express train from Union Station. Please adhere to the following; NO loud music NO parties NO narcotics NO smoking indoors (balcony only) Please be respectful of your surroundings and the neighbours. The majority of the people who live in the building are full-time residents who go to work and don't want to have to deal with excessive noise and problems. Let's all make the AIRBNB experience a positive one!
