Holiday rentals with breakfast in The Villages

This home in The Villages was wonderful! The beds were very comfortable and it has everything you could need. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The porch is so comfortable and it was a great home for our young family. We would definitely stay again to see family in the area.

We visited for my daughter‘s 10th birthday and could not have had a better time! We only live two hours south and visit the area all the time as annual passholders but this time we decided to stay at the Westgate resort for my daughter’s birthday and what a wonderful decision it was. The amenities at the resort are wonderful our kids had hours of entertainment between the waterpark, swimming pools, video arcade and restaurants with activities on site there’s almost no reason to leave the resort. The host was extremely attentive and helpful throughout our stay and the condo was spacious and had everything you could ask for while being away from your own home. We were also allowed to bring our family dog so again this place is absolutely great and a safe bet for any family looking to relax and enjoy their time away! Thank you so much to our wonderful hosts we will definitely be back!!

I had a fantastic stay at Dora’s Heart. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable experience. Its location is ideal—just minutes from downtown Mount Dora, a charming area filled with unique boutiques, excellent restaurants, and a welcoming small-town atmosphere. One restaurant I highly recommend is Goblin Market, known for its cozy ambiance and outstanding cuisine. Additionally, the property’s proximity to State Road 429 provides easy access to surrounding areas, making it a convenient choice for both leisure and business travelers. If you’re visiting the area, this is an excellent place to stay.

Love all the amenities availabile at the resort. Wished we had more time to use the pools. :)

We stayed at Theresa's place for 3 weeks and it was really great. The house is located in a quiet and gated cul de sac that made it feel extra safe and private. The house has access to the water with its own dock (which was a hit with our 3 year old). Supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping are 5-10 min away. The house is organized in a way that creates full separation between the parents' suite and the other 2 bedrooms and the views from most windows are amazing. Don't think twice, it is a great spot for a great family vacation.

We stayed seven nights over the New Year week. The suite was fairly large and my family of three children and wife had plenty of space. The kitchen and laundry facilities were perfect for what we were looking for. The resort has several well kept pools and other facilities (we barely used these.) Joel, the host, was very responsive to any questions before and during our stay. Check-in and check-out was very quick and easy. The location of the resort was very convenient - it was about 10-15 minute drive to all major Universal and Disney theme parks. A grocery store is a 1 minute drive a away and several restaurants are located around the corner. The pictures also appropriately represented the unit. I would stay again.

This place is great!! was exactly as advertised. We had an issue with wifi when we checked in. Let me tell you. Steve was at our door within 10 mins of us sending out our message. He even had to remove equipment (modem, Router) and return to a store for exchange. He did that the following morning and got it working right away. The location is close to everything on Idrive, SeaWorld, etc yet still tucked away from the traffic. Walgreens connected to the entrance, 7/11 across the street with a new Chick Fil A as well. We needed a late check out and it was granted immediately. Can't thank them enough. The responsiveness was incredible. Denise was wonderful too. We will definitely be back!!!. don't forget to check out the pool. Very large Pool and Jacuzzi. with DJ and games. Oh and a Bar. coming back soon.

Brantley and Anne were very welcoming. I was there for a Celebration of Life and felt right at home. They were able to get a room for my daughter later in the evening and communicated thoroughly. The room was cozy and well kept. I would definitely return again!

Paul and Lourdes were wonderful hosts . They were friendly , kind and generous. They were excellent in every possible way and always willing to help . The room and house were comfortable and impeccable, exactly as described in the pictures. The Breakfast in the morning was a big bonus for me and my friend . Special thanks to Lourdes for going above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and accommodating . We had a good chat with her before leaving . Also they have a cute dog Luna . The most important thing is that the hosts ensure our privacy This is a great location and pretty much near to the attractions . The neighbourhood is safe and peaceful. I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again when I visit Orlando.

Brantley and Ann were excellent hosts, personable, available and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent! The property is well maintained and spotless. The pool area is inviting and relaxing. We had the European suite and really enjoyed the private hot tub. Check in was flexible and easy. Closely located to the Lake allowing us to explore nearby. We were looking for a relaxing weekend and that’s exactly what we got here. We will return and send friends!

Debra and Roger are gracious hosts and wonderful cooks. This was our second stay with them. We've now stayed in both bedrooms - hard to choose which one we like better.

I have NEVER experienced a more gracious host! There are not enough words to explain Cathy! Even with my husband and I arriving in the wee hours of the morning, Cathy and Meg were there to greet us! Her home is clean and just what we needed. We defintely will stay with her if availble the next time we travel to Orlando! AMAZING HOST!!!!

I stayed at this Bed and Breakfast for one night to celebrate the Fourth of July at nearby lake . The host Brantley was very friendly . He was there to greet me and allowed me check in early . He went out of his way by offering me a ride to the lake I was heading to ,which I greatly appreciated. I stayed in a room called the patriotic room that is American themed , it was very apropos considering I stayed on Independence Day . Brantley took my gluten allergy to heart and made me gluten free waffles for breakfast the next morning which I thought was very thoughtful . Overall it was a short one night stay but enjoyed myself

Debra and Roger are *the* perfect hosts. The home is absolutely spotless and decorated lovely! They were flexible with us being in town for a concert hence late hours and we felt right at home. Debra's breakfasts and Roger's pastries were nothing short of spectacular! Seriously, even better than the local hot spot restaurant in town known for it's amazing food. But the thing that stood out the most was how graciously we were welcomed and cared for, spoiled actually, and how wonderful these two are in every way. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much Debra and Roger for your amazing hospitality.
