Monthly Rentals in Thermalito

As always, this is our favorite place to stay in the Chico area. The location is easily accessible to our family, restaurants and other amenities that make the farm the perfect place for us. Linda is a great host and we looking to visit soon.

Anna was an amazing host who went above and beyond to help me out. My baby girl got sick and she came to the rescue with new bed linens while we were out at our family wedding. Thank you for everything! Her home was so beautiful, clean and lovely. It had everything we needed.

Another great stay at Bo's place. I keep coming back because it's a great spot (walkable), comfortable, and is such a great value. Basically for the cost of one night in a mid-range hotel in a big city, I can take a trip to Oroville and get two nights and lots of space (living room, kitchen, bedroom), which is so perfect when I travel with my son. This is a perfect airbnb for taking in what Oroville has to offer - the wildflowers, the downtown area along the Feather River, or the hiking trails by Lake Oroville. Highly recommend!

Staying with Nancy at her farm was an experience, it wasn’t a stay. I got to interact with animals and meet extraordinary people. Her place is remarkably well groomed. She never stops cleaning and maintaining the property and animals. She is always there to help and answer questions but is never obtrusive. I booked for a month and extended it to three months. It felt like home and I just couldn’t leave. It was a perfect stay! I plan to return again and again!
