The "Kleine Kammer" is part of a more than 300-year-old, family-run thatched-roof house – a place full of history, tranquility and sea air. It covers two floors and offers country house flair with a large kitchen, low living room, two bedrooms. The furnishings are deliberately simple. Many pieces of furniture are antique or come from earlier decades – they preserve the original character of the house. The courtyard is lined with old fruit trees and roses – a retreat for nature lovers.

Christoph uses the apartment from time to time; consequently, the kitchen is extensively equipped, and sorry some drawers are occupied.

Newly renovated and directly on Wilhelmstraße, the promenade in Sellin. The apartment has two rooms that are separated by the hallway, bathroom and toilet are ideally in between. The property is a 6-minute walk from the beach. The property has a 55” QLED smart TV, a dining area and a conservatory. The private bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and hairdryer. "Little happiness" describes the sunny and very charming 4-room apartment quite well. All rooms, except the kitchen, face south towards the sea or the small side street, Hermann-Bebert. It is a beautiful old building apartment, equipped with high rooms, plank flooring and historic doors. With a lot of love for detail, the 100 sqm apartment was extensively renovated. From the bedroom you can see the sea and it is only 5 minutes to the quaint fishing port.
