Enjoy the immediate location by the sea, take a refreshing bath in the Bodden (only 30 m away) after the sauna, relax on the balcony or in front of the fireplace with a glass of wine and enjoy the tranquility away from the tourist streams.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest, only 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two combinable units. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

In our apartment in Thiessow you have the Baltic Sea right outside the front door only 10 minutes walk comfortably and you feel the fine Baltic Sea beach at your feet. If you need some food for your beach visit, there are shops in the town. At the beach you can rent beach baskets and sun loungers for your picnic. You can safely park your car on our property for free.
