Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

We have brought all the modernity for maximum comfort while respecting the wood and stone, for this beautiful house which is one of the oldest in the village. If you are looking for calm, this is the ideal house at the foot of Puy Mary in the place called Louradou. at the start of various hikes, GR400, mountain biking, TRAIL, cross country skiing, snowshoeing. 15 km from Lioran ski resort (if road is clear). 15 minutes from the Jordanne Gorges, Lake Graves Grocery store, bakery, restaurant 1.5 km from the house. Aurillac 25 km away weekend or other rental, except July and August by the week.
