Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

LIORAN ski resort just 5 km away with possible shuttle departures during school holidays, served less than 2 km from the accommodation. For hiking, many marked trails start 100 m from the house. Multiple activities are offered in the vicinity: skiing, cross country skiing, rail sledding, ice rink, tree climbing, tennis, mini golf, mountain biking...

A snapshot with breathtaking views of the Cantal mountains with only the sounds of nature and the bells of our Salers cows. You can hike without taking your car! The small house, on 3 levels, has retained all its charm with its wood-burning stove in the corner and its stones, its 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom + 1 powder room.

If you are looking for calm, this is the ideal house at the foot of Puy Mary in the place called Louradou. at the start of various hikes, GR400, mountain biking, TRAIL, cross country skiing, snowshoeing. 15 km from Lioran ski resort (if road is clear). 15 minutes from the Jordanne Gorges, Lake Graves Grocery store, bakery, restaurant 1.5 km from the house. Aurillac 25 km away weekend or other rental, except July and August by the week.

Old peasant house on 3 level duplex way. Entrance to an equipped kitchen, a large dining table and a fireplace. On the 1st, an open bedroom and one bathroom. From there , a mezzanine ladder can accommodate 2 people , futon-style beds on wood floors. This gite is attached to a dwelling house dating back to 1826 .
