The gîte is spread over three floors, with a fully equipped kitchen, a utility room with washing machine and dryer, a shower room and a living room with fireplace (firewood provided!) on the ground floor. On the second floor, there are 3 spacious bedrooms with a bathroom. Last one to the dormitory! With 4 single beds, table football and a TV. We provide linens and towels. Have a baby? We can provide everything you need on request! There are 2 terraces, plus a pétanque court as a bonus ;)

Rental for adults and over 14 years old, ideal for 3 couples. Pets not allowed.

We welcome you, summer and winter, to our comfortable, tastefully decorated cottage (renovated old barn), at the foot of the hiking trails and 20 minutes from the Lioran resort for a warm vacation. The gîte, with an area of 65 m², can accommodate 4 to 5 people. It is an open space comprising: a spacious bedroom with a 160 cm bed, 1 bathroom, a mezzanine with 2 90 cm beds, a kitchen area (fully equipped), a dining/living area with a wood stove.

Cozy and carefully furnished, it is the perfect place for a vacation with family or friends, 15 km from the Lioran ski resort and close to many hiking trails. The house can accommodate 9 guests. 18th century barn completely renovated in 2018. The cottage has a private enclosed plot accessible directly from the living room. Hot tub for 5 people. Beds made on arrival and linen provided. Rates include all charges (excluding cleaning option: €100). All shops and services in Vic-sur-Cère 2 km. Aurillac 20 km. The cottage is equipped with a Senséo pod coffee maker and a classic filter coffee maker.
