Ideally located 10 km from Spa, +/- 20 km from Francorchamps, Liège, Maastricht, Aix la Chapelle. Next to the Herve and Aubel plateau. E42 and E25 highway close by. ENTIRE HOUSE The house is not shared. You have a private kitchen,living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms, a terrace outside and pond. Just a swing in the garden to share :)

It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

We are located in a very quiet area of our village located on the banks of the Meuse near Maastricht and Liège. Conveniently located to visit Liège, the Herve Region, the Ardennes, Maastricht and its surroundings, Aachen... We provide you with a fully equipped studio (25 m²) in a part of our house. The apartment is on the second floor of an old limestone building, around 350 years old. You sleep right under the roof in a cosy little bedroom or on a convertible sofa. The Dutch and German border are both about 8 km away.
