From the gîte, you can visit beautiful villages along the river via the greenway. We are farmer-bakers, and the farm is located 3 minutes from the cottage, so you can come and pick up your bread.

Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. Relax and recharge in our small home inspired by the tiny house spirit. All the basic amenities will be available for your use. Above the bathroom, you will find a small attic bedroom accessible only via a large ladder, and therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Many activities are available around the house: a greenway just 100 meters away, walks, cultural visits, water and horse riding activities, shopping, etc. Located 40 km from Tours and le Mans.

Family house restored with healthy materials (earth, lime, local wood, hemp, terracotta tiles...) On the ground floor, a 26 m2 living room equipped with a full kitchen and a wood stove, sofa bed for 2 extra beds and bathroom with large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs, a large 25 m2 bedroom, 160 x 200 bed and 1 single bed + a crib.

Perfect for two people, two others can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, which is comfortable. A boat with electric motor, two kayaks and a paddleboard are also available.
