Monthly Rentals in Tholos

One of the best stays we’ve had in a while. Exactly like the photos. Felt like home. We arrived during Easter and were given a small gift upon arrival. It really touched our hearts. It’s very close to the main attractions. Very communicative host and made sure we have everything we need. Thankful for the warm welcome. The apartment is very spacious with all basic necessities you need.

Great place in a central location that is walkable to everything you need in Oia. The bus stop, car/ATV rental, a nice little grocery store, and many other key items needed to explore the whole island can be found a short walk from here. The bus goes back and forth from Oia to Fira and runs very often for 2 Euros per ride. Nikoleta was extremely helpful with tips for the area and very nice allowing us to check in earlier on our arrival to coordinate with our flights, we would definitely stay here again. The unit has everything you need, is spacious, and also offers a bit of privacy away from the main walkways. There is a bit of road noise at times during the day but this often quiets down at night as the cruise ship tourists leave the island and is really only during the times when you will be out exploring anyway. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Maria is a wonderful host . Her place is just as described . It is quite a few steps down to apt so I would t recommend for people with difficulty walking but I did not mind and liked the exercise . Oia is a quiet and low key area - highly recommend the hike from Oia to Fira . It is relatively easy just a longer distance (6.2 miles ) . Food in Santorini is great !

Really great place to stay, enjoyed my time here! The host was very responsive and helpful. Very nice views from the back patio and the inside was cozy and clean. Slightly outside of main area of Oia but close enough walking distance. Hot tub doesn’t get extremely hot, but a comfortable warm. Highly recommend this place!
