Single-story accommodation independent of the main house, quiet, 5 min from Thônes with all amenities, 15 min from Manigod, 20 min from La Clusaz and Grand Bornand. Enjoy Lake Annecy 25 minutes away. Beautiful living room, bright, equipped kitchen, living/sitting area, shower room and separate toilet, one bedroom and a 140 sofa bed (comfortable bedding) Washing machine, dishwasher, Senseo machine. Baby equipment upon request. Bedding and towels provided.

Small house at the end of the lake

Discover the contemporary refinement of this house in Verthier, 74! The large living room offers a comfortable space, while the two bedrooms and the mezzanine add a touch of elegance. The pretty fully fenced garden completes the package. Lake and bike trails are very close by. A free shuttle to Crest-Voland Cohenoz ski resort is 5 minutes away. Refurbished cottage

Our fully renovated chalet is located on the heights of Giettaz under the Aravis range between La Clusaz and Megève. Spacious, it is ideal for families or groups of friends in a quiet environment with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. It has all the comforts, underfloor heating, good bedding and a drinking water source. Many walks can be taken on foot from the chalet and the ski resorts are all close by (10 minutes by car).
