L'hyper-centre de Thonon est à 5 min à pieds. Balcon ensoleillé avec point de vue dégagé. A proximité des magasins alimentaires, la poste, embarcadère et piscine municipale. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les petites familles, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires.

Welcome to this cozy, peaceful and central place! 5 minutes from the main street of the city center and a few minutes from the lake, in a quiet area and a very well maintained building, you will be at home in this beautiful studio. This accommodation is 32 m2, it has a separate kitchen and a 160 cm sofa bed. It was recently refurbished. It is perfectly suited for a couple of tourists, young parents with a baby, and ideally located for a one-off worker in Switzerland.

Refurbished atypical studio in the city center. It is a tower on three floors, pleasant to live in by its optimization of space and its very special charm. Old fireplace (out of order), triple exposures with lake view... It consists of an independent bedroom area under the roofs on the upper level, a living area, equipped kitchen, living room (TV & internet) on the middle level (entrance) and a bathroom and toilet (washing machine, dressing room) on the lower level.
