Perfect Airbnb. Nicolas gives many tips on things to do around and there are a few books in the accommodation to contribute to it. We came by train, buses 1 and 3 have a stop very close to the accommodation, which makes it easy to get around. In addition, just walk along the adjacent street to find yourself near Lake Annecy! Simply perfect

This spot is so cute and updated, in an adorable area of town. It feels like you’re walking into a hole in the wall and then you end up in a modern apartment. Everything was super clean and worked well. Would stay again 😊

Fantastic stay of a few days with family (including 2 teenagers and 2 almost nonagenarians). The house is nice, well appointed, comfortable, just what it takes to feel good at 6. The kitchen is very functional, like the rest of the house (we even used the fireplace one night:-) The owners are very nice, ready to help but not invasive, the walks along the lake are beautiful, just a short walk away and easy at any age, restaurants and supermarkets nearby ... in short... nothing to complain about... happiness:-)

We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home. The house was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed for a week’s stay. And the garden and terrace are amazing! Rachel is super responsive and was very easy to contact with any questions. The book with suggestions of restaurants and places to visit was really useful. Great location and loved the chickens :). We would definitely stay again!

The studio is perfect for a weekend for a couple. Very well equipped!! The views are beautiful and the terrace is very nice. Thank you for this trip! However, it is a sofa bed so not the most comfortable.

A perfectly located accommodation by the lake, 15 minutes from the train station. Shops and restaurants nearby (mall right next door) The perfect place to spend some time on the shores of Lake Annecy!

We had a great time at Valerie's house, who is a very kind and helpful host. The apartment is comfortable and very well located. Valerie has always made herself available to meet our needs.

A perfect stay, Marilyn was present at check-in for all the explanations and for our departure. very convenient private parking during this weekend where all the Annecy car parks were full! 10 minutes walk from the lake and the city center, we were able to fully enjoy the weekend.

Clear etaieny instructions, description faithful to the property. Only a 10-minute walk to a sublime swimming area. The little bemole is the access to the parking lot in high season it makes you park 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. I really recommend this place!

Very convenient walking accessibility! Be careful to park complicated because it's right in the center . Everything is ok in the accommodation , 2 TVs with access to several great channels! Water was available on arrival a very rare gesture! Thanks to the hosts!!
