Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. In a 20 m2 accommodation, we offer a bedroom (mezzanine bed) with bathroom and kitchenette. Our house is on the banks of the Loire with quick access to a pedestrian path. Close to Mauves train station (4 km), 15 minutes by car from the Southeast of Nantes. There is no parking in front of the house but possibility for a car 50 m away and in the adjoining streets for a larger vehicle. The street is very transient and requires vigilance when walking.

Our house, built in 1928, was the subject of major works in 2020. We have created a two-room apartment for you with access to our lovely garden (with trampoline for children). The accommodation can also serve as a place of work, in a very quiet and green environment (no traffic, residential environment). Wi-Fi available, parking in front of the house, tram stop and shops (around the church) 3 minutes' walk and SNCF train station 15 minutes' walk.
