Adorable studio in Seattle & the Pacific Northwest

Quiet, clean, self-contained 400 sf studio in a modern home with full bath, kitchen, private entrance and secured parking with EV charger. Comfortably furnished with 1 queen bed, 1 full sleeper sofa, office desk, media center, fridge with ice dispenser, stove, curb-less shower, bidet, washer and dryer. Large sliding glass doors to a patio and 150' high cedar, madrone trees. Effortless access with no stairs or steps. Warm radiant water heated concrete floors, AC and plenty of ventilation.

Westside Cabin

Our place is just a few miles from the Fauntleroy/Vashon ferry terminal, and minutes from the town of Vashon. Tucked snuggly on the West side of the island, the cabin looks west over Colvos Passage. The cabin itself is essentially a spacious studio-- one large room with a loft, a small kitchen, and bathroom. A queen size bed is in the loft, and the couch comfortably sleeps one person. The bathroom has a large clawfoot soaking tub, and there is an outdoor shower. It is extremely cozy!

KVI Beach Bungalow

Our bungalow is located in the Chautauqua beach community. It is the perfect location to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. While it is not a waterfront property, the beach, known as KVI beach, is a stone's throw away. Central to the interior of the open beamed bungalow is a stone faced Envirotech masonry fireplace. Surrounding the masonry are the living room, office, dining area, kitchen and bedroom. Appliances are Fischer Paykel--propane cooktop & electric oven.

The Garage: A private cottage w/ driveway parking

Our renovated guest cottage is a comfy haven in a quiet neighborhood. Previously our detached garage, it is a completely private home away from home. You'll love it's dedicated driveway parking spot and it's proximity to the RapidRide bus line to downtown Seattle and the stadiums. Perfect for World Cup visitors. Enjoy a private patio entry, the washer/dryer, kitchenette, and big bathroom - everything you need for a longer stay. Side bonus: The Garage is powered by solar panels.

Spectacular Beach & View: The Loft

Wake up to spectacular views of Puget Sound and Mt. Rainier from this 700 sf, 2-story, chic and comfortable cottage on a 40 acre waterfront estate property. The southern exposure beach ( 1000ft of private beach) is the ideal for strolling, beach combing, and relaxing. A fire pit, propane bbq, hammocks, and lounge chairs awaits for outdoor r & r. Trails through the forest for hiking. Mountain bike trails at Dockton Pk..Your pet is welcome, leashed, with an additional pet fee.

The Creamery

Nestled between the barn and the milking parlor is The Creamery; a relaxing spot to spend a few days far from the rigors of the city. Here we made Dinah's Cheese for years, and now you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your plush bed, warmed by the thick down comforter. The French Limousin cows may come up to your bedroom window, curious as to who is sharing the pastures this morning. The quiet will be startling, with little noise but coffee brewing in the kitchen.

Our private “mother-in-law” suite AIRBNB has it all! A private entrance, AC/Heat, warm modern decor, a deep soaking tub, super fast Wifi, a comfy Queen size bed and a romantic electric fireplace! Super clean per CDC guidelines. 7 minutes to SEATAC airport and 20 minutes to Downtown. Beautiful Japanese garden. Perfect for a staycation, a work-from-home alternative, extended visits or overnights away from the kids! Plenty of parking! Electronic locks. Late arrivals welcomed.
