Profitez du calme de notre charmant T2, entièrement rénové dans un petit ensemble de 2 appartements. Vous disposez en rez-de-chaussée d'un accès individuel ainsi que d'un jardin sans vis à vis exposé plein sud. Situé en face de la promenade piétonne du quartier Torcatis, plus besoin d'utiliser la voiture grâce à l'accès direct au centre ville via la passerelle piétonne. Les places autour du logement sont gratuites, sinon un petit parking à 2€ la journée se trouve juste devant l'appartement.

F2 apartment with view and direct sea access. 1 bedroom, living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet There is a year-round caretaker, a private parking space in front of the residence, it is on the 4th floor with elevator access. Quiet place. Pavillon Bleu Keys handed over on site. Open for rent year-round. (sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided or extra on request). Contact me for several weeks to unblock the dates. Come and enjoy the calm of this air-conditioned and independent apartment, peaceful in the heart of the old village of Argeles-sur-Mer, and completely refurbished in 2022. Quiet but close to the village center, 2 or 4 people can stay thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, and enjoy the terrace overlooking the river and nature. Access to the beaches is 5 minutes by car, 30 minutes on foot, there are shuttles all year round and electric bikes, more info on daqui-mobilité.fr.
