Are you looking for a quiet accommodation, would you like to spend your free time in the countryside and at the same time live close to the city centre? You can do this in our sunny 2-room apartment (65 m²) in Frauenland with a large southwest-facing terrace and direct access to the pool and garden. Pool and garden are also used by us. A kettle grill is available for barbecuing. With bus lines 14, 114 and 214, you can reach the city centre in 10 minutes and the university at Hubland in 2 minutes.

Above the roofs of Thüngersheim - more precisely in the historic old town - is the spacious 3-bedroom attic apartment (over 100m2). The picturesque town of Würzburg can be reached in 15 minutes by train. Cycling on the Main, hiking in the vineyards, being pampered culinary in the restaurant Bären, shopping at the village baker and butcher (3 min away), shopping in the supermarket (5 min away), beautiful swimming pool right on the Main. What more could you ask for for a successful holiday!

Modern studio apartment with kitchen, bathroom and large balcony in a quiet location. In the living room is a pull-out bed with mattress and a pull-out sofa. 2 people can sleep comfortably on each. Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and fully equipped. There is a tram stop about 500 meters from the apartment. From there, it is about a 10-minute drive to the city. Aldi, Lidl, as well as a gas station that is open 24 hours are within approx. 5 minutes' walking distance.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.
