Live directly on the Karl-Heine Canal in the hip west of Leipzig. This is where the art scene "lives" (Westwerk, Buntgarnwerke, Kunstkraftwerk...). Not far from the property begins the so-called Neuseenland. A rowing tour on the canal or quickly in the city center. Everything is no problem from the cozy accommodation overlooking the Karl-Heine Canal. Currently, there are animals (including camels) on the Jahrtausendfeld, of course without guarantee. The apartment is separate from the house, quietly located, yet in the middle of it.

Our vacation home in the climatic health resort of Frauenwald on the crest of the Thuringian Forest not far from the Rennsteig at an altitude of approx. 800 meters above sea level offers you vacation fun in the magnificent Vessertal Biosphere Reserve. Take advantage of the beautiful surroundings for long hikes, bicycle rides, walks, snowshoe tours, skiing and much more. Lovingly renovated, high-quality; fully equipped cottage (ca. 85m² on 2 levels): Ground floor: Entrance into the winter garden with panoramic view over the terrace to Naumburg, which is also dining / lounge, kitchen, bathroom with tub and wellness shower, bedroom with double bed and possibly child's bed (on-site). The on-site folding bed can be placed in winter garden. 1st floor: living room with sofa, TV, desk, sofa bed (160x195cm) and 2 armchairs which can be converted into a bed (105x193cm).

Family-friendly apartment in the beautiful Ore Mountains :)

The bright 89 m² first floor apartment has a large balcony with beautiful views. The new bathroom with walk-in shower and two sinks is barrier-free. The fitted kitchen is well equipped... The spacious living area has a large sofa bed (+ extra beds as needed) with TV corner and a dining/work area as well as massage chairs and play corner and game cabinet. In the bedroom there are 2 double beds. Here it can be increased with 2 travel cots. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

Spacious 2-room old apartment in the young, multicultural scene district in the east of the city. Distance to the central station and the city center only 5 min. by tram or 20 min. on foot, a tram station is just outside the door. Various shops, restaurants and bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity. You live in my fully equipped, private apartment where you can use everything. The balcony invites you in the warm season for breakfast or a glass of wine.

Enjoy your vacation in our vacation home and get to know a piece of Leipzig Neuseenland. From our apartment it is about a 10-minute walk to Kulkwitzer Lake with several beaches, restaurants, a water ski facility, sauna, and a high ropes course. Boat trips and dives are also possible. In the immediate vicinity, the tram takes you directly to the center of Leipzig. On site there are several shopping opportunities. Your relaxing vacation can now begin.

Surrounded by meadows, forests and only a few neighbors, everyone will find the ideal oasis of peace here. Located directly on the thermal spa of Bad Rodach, in the immediate vicinity of the Medicalpark, our apartment is surrounded by greenery. It is a 1.5 room apartment, on the ground floor, with direct exit to the large spa park. The apartment was completely renovated and lovingly furnished in 2018.
