The on-site folding bed can be placed in winter garden. 1st floor: living room with sofa, TV, desk, sofa bed (160x195cm) and 2 armchairs which can be converted into a bed (105x193cm).

The bright 89 m² first floor apartment has a large balcony with beautiful views. The new bathroom with walk-in shower and two sinks is barrier-free. The fitted kitchen is well equipped... The spacious living area has a large sofa bed (+ extra beds as needed) with TV corner and a dining/work area as well as massage chairs and play corner and game cabinet. In the bedroom there are 2 double beds. Here it can be increased with 2 travel cots. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

Located directly on the thermal spa of Bad Rodach, in the immediate vicinity of the Medicalpark, our apartment is surrounded by greenery. It is a 1.5 room apartment, on the ground floor, with direct exit to the large spa park. The apartment was completely renovated and lovingly furnished in 2018.
