Our child-free adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the sunny north shore of Lake Hain (2 min walk) and in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland, only 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. In apartment 4, the question arises as to what the bigger highlight is: the brilliant panoramic view over the lake. Or the overwhelming roof terrace, from which you will not get tired of enjoying it. Come and decide for yourself.

Our cozy vacation home SEElig is located on a 700 m² lake property with exclusive private beach, sauna and fireplace and offers a fantastic panoramic view over Lake Mühlfeldsee. Spread over 2 floors and with a living area of 90 m², you will find on the ground floor the first of two bedrooms, the modern bathroom with floor-level real glass shower, as well as the cozy living and dining area (including a small cuddle corner for our little guests) with fireplace and open kitchen.

Inmitten des Naturparks Thüringer Schiefergebirge Obere Saale, an den Ausläufern des Thüringer Waldes, schlängelt sich hier die angestaute Saale auf einer Länge von 28 km bis zur Staumauer in Gräfenwarth. Perfekt zum Boot fahren, Angeln, Standup Paddeln, Baden, Wandern und Fahrrad fahren.

In apartment 10, you have a wonderful view of the lake, unspoiled nature and an unforgettable sunrise from the south and north-east facing wooden terraces.

King - No license required for "Flying King" houseboat

Vacation on our houseboats is pure deceleration. Experience nature up close with us. On our fully equipped houseboats you will experience a very special holiday. Secure your time out on the water now. Whether you are traveling as a couple, with your family or friends, we offer boats for 2-5 people. You do not need a boat license for our houseboats, you will receive the necessary instruction from us on site.

This floating vacation home has everything you need for a 5-star deluxe vacation. Let's start outside. You have a tour around the entire house. You can sit on the jetty on a handmade bench and it won't be long before you have a conversation partner. On the water side you have shade in the afternoon and you spend your time in two super comfortable armchairs where you can relax. Enjoy your feet up and rest.

Kick back and relax in our calm, stylish space. In just a few steps you can reach the sandy beach, which invites you to bathe and swim. The apartment has two stand-up paddles that can also be used. You can easily explore Lake Goitzsche and adjacent lakes by bike. A dream for nature lovers! The apartment complex is still in the development phase. We would like to point out possible impairments.
