The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Look forward to a 63 m² apartment on the upper floor, with modern furnishings and exclusively for up to four adults (aged 16 or over). From the roof terrace, you have a wonderful view of the lake and can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. The apartment is located on the north shore of Lake Hain (2-minute walk) in Leipzig’s Neuseenland area, just a 20-minute drive from Leipzig.

The tiny house is perfectly equipped. There is an oven and even a bathtub. Right in front of the house is a fireplace just for you.
