It is located on the lagoon of Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig and stands out due to the older cottage charm from the remaining new "vacation cubes." Instead of the usual veneer furniture off the shelf, there is an individual decor, beautiful view of the jetty, fireplace, many things for children and fruit plants for harvesting. There is everything you need as a small family for a few relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

As soon as you enter the exclusive courtyard, you will be fascinated by the magic of this gem. The covered outdoor seating and the view into the garden create an atmosphere of vacation in the south. The guest room with kitchen is the heart of the guest house. On the 1st & 2nd floor, there are 7 rooms with shower/WC & 2 rooms without bath, 1x shower/2x WC separately. No TV or radio.

The house is modernly furnished and the garden offers plenty of space for free development. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof, in the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub need preparation. If you want to use it, please let us know after booking. We also have a pool that you are welcome to use in the summer by arrangement.

The dream house with its 120 square meters of living space is not only directly on, but partly on the lake. Arrive and switch from "0 to 100" in the holiday mode, so describe the previous guests. Peace, pure relaxation and if you want it lively, the center of Leipzig is 25 minutes away by car. The 40 sqm lake terrace with lounge invites you to relax and if you like it more sporty, a canoe, two sup, two bikes and a ping pong table provide exercise. Welcome!

Cosy house on the historic canal Padel and cycling

This special place has a very special style. Air conditioning, as well as a small kitchen with espresso machine are at your disposal. The private small terrace as well as access to the canal invite you to swim and relax. 2 bicycles and a small boat can be used by my guests for free. Stand up paddle available for a small fee. Fantastic tours possible. A table tennis table and a badminton game are also available to my guests free of charge.

Comfortable detached architect house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, to the A9 exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes. Many shopping opportunities are very close by. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is right on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/sup are available on request.

With its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor area, the Elster Park is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit period. The bright 97sqm loft on a total of two levels with an open living and dining area (orientation northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with a fantastic location and its own boat dock. Leipzig's waterways can be explored for a small surcharge with your own 2-person kayak.

Welcome to our tiny house on Sundhäuser lake in Nordhausen ! On 30m2 there is a living/dining area with a full kitchen, a sleeping area with a queen size bed, as well as a small bathroom. Another sleeping option is available in the living area on a pull-out couch. You have direct access to the lake. Furthermore, there is the possibility of a cot and a high chair. Sup and canoe can be rented on site.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our vacation home is located in Saaldorf, a small town on the largest dam in Germany. In the middle of the Thuringian Highlands Nature Park, on the foothills of the Thuringian Forest, the dammed Saale meanders here for a length of 28 km to the dam in Gräfenwarth. Perfect for boating, fishing, standup paddling, swimming, hiking and cycling.
