The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen, bathroom with toilet and a separate bedroom. If desired, you can sleep separately / sleeping gallery (bedroom 2), which is accessible via a wooden staircase. The 42 sqm apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The adjoining terrace and garden invite you to relax.

Ideal zum Wandern und Radfahren, separater Eingang, eigene Terrasse, keine Treppe, Parkplatz bzw. Carport, gemütlicher kleiner Wellnessbereich, Autobahn in 7 km erreichbar, Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Funpark, Schwimmbad, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Auto- Minuten erreichbar. Auch eine Ladestation für E-Autos ist vorhanden.

Bright, rural apartment. 3 minutes walk into the forest, hiking trails at the front door. Apartment is located directly in the tri-border corner of Bayreuth, Kulmbach and Bamberg. 20 minutes by car to Bayreuth, very good highway connection. Fitters are welcome here! Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, box-spring mattresses on the king-size bed, south-facing balcony and smart TV, washing machine available in the bathroom. Parking space available for one vehicle.

Small, open-plan apartment/granny flat on the ground floor with fitted kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer), bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) with shower and toilet, towels, bed linen, hairdryer. Bedroom with wardrobe, living room with sofa bed, dining table, TV. Please let us know if you want us to make the sofa bed. Families with children are very welcome, there is a high chair available as well as various toys.

Our smallest gem is located in the attic and can accommodate 2 people. It is beautifully decorated and has a kitchenette in the living/sleeping room, a small bathroom with shower and toilet and air conditioning. The bed consists of two single beds put together and is 160 cm wide and can accommodate 2 people.
