The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

If desired, you can sleep separately / sleeping gallery (bedroom 2), which is accessible via a wooden staircase. The 42 sqm apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The adjoining terrace and garden invite you to relax.

Carport, gemütlicher kleiner Wellnessbereich, Autobahn in 7 km erreichbar, Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Funpark, Schwimmbad, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Auto- Minuten erreichbar. Auch eine Ladestation für E-Autos ist vorhanden.

Modern, newly renovated, quiet and fully equipped studio apartment in a very good location. In addition, I offer two bikes that can be used free of charge by you. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. By foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you can walk relaxed along the river. Free parking space is available. In the fully equipped kitchenette, there are two plates as well as a microwave with baking function.

Our smallest gem is located in the attic and can accommodate 2 people. It is beautifully decorated and has a kitchenette in the living/sleeping room, a small bathroom with shower and toilet and air conditioning. The bed consists of two single beds put together and is 160 cm wide and can accommodate 2 people.

Our apartment is located in quiet forest surroundings but within walking distance to Sonneberg town centre. It is perfect for hikers and mountain bikers, with hundreds of kilometres of trails leading into the Thuringian Forest national park from our front door.
