The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

The apartment "Atempause" is centrally located in Kössen and still promises a lot of peace. It is perfect for couples, friends or singles. In just a 2-minute walk, you are in the town center, where you will find shops and restaurants. The central yet quiet location is the perfect starting point for hikes in summer, but also for skiing at Unterberg in winter. This can be reached in about 5 minutes by car.

Our sunny and cozy pure mountain BASE is located in the middle of the Kitzbüheler Alpen. There are lots of outdoor sports possible within only a few minutes of walking or driving distance. e.g. the magical Grießbachklamm, the golf course, diverse skiing areas and the cross-country ski-tracks. The BASE is our private house, which includes two comfortable apartments, where you can enjoy your holidays.
