There is a lovely view from the living room and terrace over the meadow and a glimpse of the water. The house is bright and nice, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with double box mattress (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood stove. Nice terrace, there is a grill, sun loungers and garden furniture.

If you want to get in the water, you can walk to our shared beach in less than a minute, which you usually have all to yourself. If you want to do something during the day, it is 10 minutes to Svendborg city, which has everything and is rich in culture.

Ølsted is a unique village without street lights with a clear view of the starry sky. Ølsted is also on the Margueritruten and is the perfect cycling holiday destination. It is only a 15-minute drive to Faaborg with Svanninge hills, mountains, bike paths and beach - close to Egeskov Castle. Brobyværk Kro is only 3 km away and shopping as well. 15 minutes to the highway.

The house includes 2 bedrooms; one with bunk beds, the other with two box mattresses (max 4 persons). There are good fishing and hiking opportunities.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. This cosy cottage near the beautiful coastline of Sydfyn - the Woolf's Cottage - is only a few hundred metres from the sea, and the area is surrounded by sea on both sides as well as an ample forest area in which to roam, spotting deer and pheasants. The garden has two terraces with great sun spots, both behind and in front of the house, with lots of trees and little spots to relax. There is also a fireplace and a swing. Cleaning, towels and bedding is not included but can be provided.

Derudover indeholder lejligheden soveværelse og repos på 1.sal med henholdsvis 180 cm, 120 cm og 90 cm seng. Egen terrasse og masser af græsplæne at boltre sig på. Terrassen er nyanlagt i april 2022 og havemøblerne er ligeledes fra april 2022 (se sidste billede).
