Las Claras Rural House

Casa Las Claras has three double bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the third with two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, as well as a living room, kitchen, and a Canarian patio inside. Outside there is private parking, gardens, leisure and reading areas, and a large terrace with a swimming pool. Although it seems large, the house can be adapted in a very cozy way for two people to feel at home. However, reservations for special events and parties are not allowed. We, the hosts, live on the other side of the house. We share the pool terrace with our clients, and although we don't really use it, if there are clients using it, we need to go through this area to enter and exit our house. It is ideal for children, they have surroundings where they can run, play, as well as a corner with beach sand. In the house there is satellite TV, DVD, change of towels on the third day, washing machine service for stays longer than a week, etc. Far from the worldly noise of mass tourism, it is located in the village of Tías. The place is very quiet and with very easy access to the center of the village. You can walk there in ten minutes and find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, a health center, and of course, La Ermita de San Antonio where there are usually beautiful exhibitions of painting, sculpture, etc. To enjoy the countryside that surrounds us, just behind the house there are a series of trails, included within the network of island trails, and that can make you enjoy wonderful views and a pleasant walk. You can also find a public transportation stop less than five minutes away. From this place, visiting the island is easy. Almost in the center, the longest journey takes 30 minutes by car. The nearest beaches, Puerto del Carmen, can be reached in 10 minutes and the beaches of Papagayo, 30 minutes, ideal golden sand beaches. In short, we invite you to get to know us, enjoy a cozy place where birdsong will be part of your company during your stay.

Lo mejor de este apartamento es su terraza, dispone de cama redonda para tomar el sol, parrilla exterior para cocinar y una gran mesa para comer o trabajar con vistas al mar. En el interior dispone de salón con smart TV internacional, sofá muy confortable y una pequeña mesa de desayunos. This is a beautiful and relaxing villa with 3 on-suites bathrooms, an incredible fully fitted kitchen and a huge lounge area, (almost 150 meters of space) tastefully furnished for your comfort. Cozy studio - air-conditioned - with large, beautifully landscaped garden and solar-heated pool, located in a quiet private street in Mácher. Live centrally, with the supermarket right next door and still be on your own, after a great day of excursions sit with a glass of wine on the terrace, or swim a few laps in the solar-heated pool... that's how the vacation could be! :) And if you have to work, you can do so in the new, private office right by the pool.
