Historic house of 1669, renovated in 1977 and renovated in 2017. It is located in the lower part of Semione, in direct contact with the countryside. It is part of a small rural village surrounded by fields, orchards and vineyards 300 metres from the river. It is divided into two apartments with an independent entrance: one of approx. 200 square meters and another of approx. 40 square meters. The two apartments can be connected and rented at the same time so as to have the whole house.

In January the temperature in the house is max 16 degrees Bed linen and towels 25.00 CHF per person. reservations of less than one week are accepted only in the month prior to the vacation date.
