World Class Views: Proposal Rock Ocean Front Condo

Our small STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! Neskowin has a good wine/deli/market on site. Please reference pictures to see the trundle bed twin + last pic for location off US Hwy 101.

Rayn or Shine Getaway is a retreat for the soul...we're sharing our ocean-view home for guests to enjoy and walk to the beach, just a few blocks away. You can hear and watch the waves curl in whitewater surf from the Great Room, Den and Master Bedroom, or step outside to a deck with a hot tub! Cozy cottage built in 1920s a stone's throw away from the ocean, renovated with modern amenities and decorated with antique furniture, the perfect getaway for a couple or small family. Enjoy soaking in the steamy hot tub in the garden. On cool nights you will be comfy with the down comforter and heat from the Franklin stove. Ocean views from living area and bedroom windows and beach access is nearby with some of Oregon's most pristine tide pools right in front of the cottage.

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

The Carriage House at Dragons Cove

Under a spell of centuries of wind and waves, Cape Perpetua awaits. Here you'll find The Carriage House, an enchanted cottage with views of tiny Dragons Cove, Laughing Gull Island, and the majestic Perpetua headland, highest point on the Oregon coast. It's hard to imagine a more pristine oceanfront setting. Two dozen harbor seals congregate and birth their young on the island.

The Beach Yachtage

Beach access back open!!! Pets Welcome and no extra fee, Free EV Charging. Beautiful Ocean Front small house cottage with deck is the perfect peaceful getaway for amazing sunsets or watching the mysterious fog of the ocean. Onsite stairway access down to the beach below. Stairs were closed for many months for repair and back open.
