When booking from 2 adults, you have private use of two rooms with private bathroom and separate toilet. Very child friendly. Enjoy our garden as well. Exception: if you book for 1 person, you will have a private room with TV, fridge, microwave. But you may have to share a bathroom and separate toilet.

Our B&B is situated in a private unit in our peaceful backyard. We've always loved (re)building and decorating and love being able to share this passion with our guests through our homely B&B. You'll find all facilities (private bathroom, kitchinette, upstairs bedroom) and can open the French doors to enjoy the (shared) garden. At the arrival you will be welcomed by the host, who will show you the apartment and explain everything. This luxury apartment is located on a botanical garden in central Breda. It has a large bedroom, a double sofa bed, an 8-person dining table, a new bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. Within 5 minutes' walk you will find numerous restaurants and shops. The building has a cinema and a lunch café. In front of the building is a large, green park, so it is wonderfully quiet.

The apartment is on the third floor above the studio. There is a double bed. In the spacious bedroom, a full extra bed can be added for a third guest upon request. You pay an extra €25.00 per night for that. You will have access to a bedroom and private bathroom. In addition, there is a kitchen with a complete kitchen. You can reach the apartment via a private entrance with stairs.
