Thoughtfully renovated in 2021-23, Room #5 is on the main level with lots of windows, sweeping river views and a spacious layout. The main room has a king size bed (w/ high-quality linens), a kitchenette (w/ mini fridge, Keurig and microwave), a sitting area, and a dining set. The bathroom has heated slate floors, an oversized vanity and a walk-in shower. Private patio with access to several shared outdoor spaces. Dog-friendly with $30 pet fee (per night, per dog). Beach Stay - Unit #2

Unit # 2 is a rather small room (~150 sq/ft) suitable for one or two people who are looking for a comfortable place to sleep. It is 1 block from the beach and 3 blocks from town center. It has a queen size bed a small builtin desk and TV. There is a sink in the room, a mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot for perfect for keeping snacks and making morning coffee. The bathroom has a shower stall. It is located west of Highway 101 across the street from Dollar General.

Measuring in at at 300 square feet, our Queen rooms offer plenty of space for two, appointed generously with a minifridge, microwave, coffee maker and large flatscreen TV. And, as you turn in for the night, let your 50s-era "Sleep Mate" lull you to sleep with it's legendary white noise.
