Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a half bath, downstairs a master bedroom with bathroom, open concept living room kitchen area. And Main level laundry area. Also has a picnic table and backyard fire pit (firewood included) or you can choose to grill your favorites on the covered back porch.

We are on a ATV/Snowmobile route. 1 mile away from being on the trail!!
