Relax and/or work remotely (office chair, 24-inch monitor, etc.). The property is located on the first sea line and is situated in one of the best locations on Norderney. On approx. 32 m² there is a hallway, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with a foldaway bed and a pull-out 3-seater sofa.

Gut Winkel, arrive and feel good

Our apartment was completed in 2019 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest surviving farm in the municipality of Apen. Very high quality and lovingly furnished, it can accommodate up to 4 people on 120 square meters. If the 25 sqm roof terrace is not enough for you, the use of the garden is of course allowed. As well as exploring the entire farm. We live here together with our dogs, horses and cats and look forward to seeing you soon!

The cottage is located in a quiet cul-de-sac location on the Ihler Meer. Shopping, pharmacy, the monastery of the Ihlower Forest, as well as the swimming beach of the Ihler Meer can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bike. Ihlowerfehn is an ideal location to explore all of East Frisia. Various coastal regions can be reached in about 45 minutes by car. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant with beer garden as well as a beautiful playground.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The bathroom has a floor-level shower. The bedrooms each have a double bed (1.80 m or 1.40 m) and a wardrobe. A parking space is right outside the door. The apartment "Haus Hamburg" is located near the center of Greetsiel.
