The Old Painter‘s House, Ferienhaus am Wasser

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

Our apartment Deichmöwe is honestly not named after any real seagull species, but its name is an allusion to its fantastic location within the traffic-calmed Möwennest. The approx. 76 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of the house in An't Hellinghus 1C. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is impressive for, among other things, its fireplace, sauna and modern furnishings. In addition to an unfenced garden, a car parking space belongs to the apartment.

Biene and Zarah vacation homes in the historic harbor house at the "Old Harbor" in Weener, on the Ems, near the border with the Netherlands. The two apartments on the first floor are lovingly furnished. From the living rooms of the two apartments, you have a very nice view of the harbor. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
