Upstairs studio of 40 m2 furnished with an equipped kitchen area (mini oven, microwave, coffee kettle and toaster , a living area with a sofa bed bathroom wc. In Mezzanine a bedroom with a double bed. A garden area is available to guests in addition to the small terrace adjoining the studio. This studio is located in the quiet village of Tinténiac and 300 meters from shops, 300 meters from the Ille and Rance Canal. Breakfast in addition for €7 pers.
