Waterfront holiday rentals in Tiranë

This was one of the best places to stay if you are visiting Albania. It is a perfect location with an amazing beach view and everything is just close by. Lots of food, supermarkets near the place. The room itself was very neat and well Maintained. Definitely worth the pay.

Egnisa’s place was amazing with stunning views which made me fall in love with Durres. She is extremely responsive.Apartment is right by the beach, you can enjoy the sun from the balcony overlooking the beach. We took long walks down the beach , get back to the apartment and go downstairs for a meal. It’s conveniently located. There is an entire band of different restaurants by the seaside (downstairs from the apartment). Amazing restaurants with different pricing ranges that will suit everyone’s budget and experienced the friendliest people.There are many grocery shops “markets” where you can buy food to cook, souvenirs, alcohol,etc, Egnisa has an equipped kitchen so we could also make our own meals on some days. I would recommend Egnisa’s place to anyone visiting Durres.

Great apartment. Loved my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Same with the sunset. The apartment has everything we as a family was missing. Super fast wifi, which our kids love. We arrived 30 minutes later than we had agreed because there were problems getting our rental car. Even though we arrived at 11:30 pm, we were warmly received. Our hosts were great. We only have good things to say. Our top recommendations for upcoming guests.

Top location, wonderful view from the balcony, great restaurants nearby, fruit and vegetable vendors every morning in front of the house, beach in 50m away. Several supermarkets near. Really great, we had a wonderful holiday :-)

Roland was the best host I have ever had not gonna lie. He helped us so much, we had some problems, but he sorted everything right away and he is very friendly. The view amazing, everything what you need is in the apartment, around apartment there is a lot of great restaurants and sea is so close. I recomend for everyone and I will definitely come back soon! :)

Bobby is a fantastic host! Always available, responds very quickly. Taxi was ready both at the airport and to return. The oven didn't work, immediate response and within half an hour someone was there to fix it. Had a great stay and would definitely return!

Shkenca is a great host and very responsive host. She took care of any issues as soon as they arose. The apartment is specious, warm and has a private balcony with a yard.

franc was very helpful he helped me and my family to find the apartment he provided me with a lot of information which made it very easy and simple Hause is big can host until 8 people and air conditioner in both rooms was amazing very big + the location was max 5 min until the beach by walking and supermarkets near and local markets just in the under the apartment very clean and peaceful. I would recommend to other people AHH yes WiFi was strong as for the TV I did not had time to even open it there is a lot to do outside. best wishes 🥰

it was a lovely clean place, with a big living room, 2 bedrooms. Raimonda was friendly and responsible all the time. In this small village you have to be quiet at 12pm. we had a good stay in this place.

We enjoyed our stay at Xhoi's flat. We had a great holiday. Great communication with Xhoi from the moment I thought of booking the place until we left. She was kind and helpful. All the staff in El Sabor restaurant were very nice to us. The beach was lovely and we were able to get our allocated umbrella wherever we wanted it and as close to the sea as we wished. Lots of halal food nearby. We will definitely come back if we visit Golem again

Apartament was very close to the sea and local shops and restaurants, which was biggest advantage for our familiy. Endri is incredable host - he answers right away for all questions and is a great local guide. All instructions were clear with pictures attached. Thanks to him we felt like home :)

Sardi was a lovely host, we arranged pick up at the airport and he kept us entertained on our journey to the apartment. He also let us check-in early which was super convenient. The apartment is in a great location in Durres with some nice restaurants in a walkable distance. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Any issues that we had was resolved very quickly. The apartment is the same as on the pictures and description, the owner provided all the necessary hygiene items, several sets of linen and towels, on the kitchen was a good olive oil, tasty oregano and snacks. I was appreciate for a bottle of water because I had a late coming. The speed of internet was 50 mb, what is giving opportunity to work. You can be in 10 min walking near the sea. It was comfortable checking in and check out, the owner send me location before my coming, he called me and help me to get a place. Very fast answers for any questions in one minute, Fabio is willing to do everything for your good time on his place. Thank you!

Arsen is a great host. Top notch apartment with all you need. The balcony is perfect for spending all day. Sunchairs and furniture makes it a great place to be in the sun as well as eating and relaxing. Water dispenser, a lot of blankets, towels etc. It’s highly recommended if you need a stress free vacation. Can not thank Arsen enough for a great stay.
