In winter, you are within 5-30 minutes of the most diverse ski resorts and can experience any kind of winter sports here. Cross-country skiing is even possible right at your doorstep. In summer, you can be at the Kaiseraufstieg, in Ellmau or wherever your hiking heart takes you in no time. From the house you can reach several smaller mountains in the area The water ski lift is only 100 meters away

Quiet apartment with conservatory on beautiful Lake Thiersee. Distance to lake 2 min. A walk around the lake takes about half an hour (2 km). There is a large playground 500 meters away. Supermarket and pizzeria 1 km away. Many small hikes to difficult day trips are possible from the house. Best starting point for a mountain bike tour on the Pendling (local mountain). Mountaineers will be just as happy here as families with small children.
