In Hokkaido, an accommodation tax has been charged since April 2026.Please pay 100 yen per person and one night at check-out.(1,500 yen for 3 nights for 5 people) A private house 3 minutes on foot from the north exit of JR Tobe-tsu Station.Please stay with your family or group (up to 5 people). There is a popular izakaya called "Koineko Hi" opposite, which is recommended for dinner. Around the station, there are convenience stores, supermarkets, and you can also source ingredients. There is also a free laundry machine which we can recommend for longer business trips or trips. We have a lot of toys available.The toilet is also bright and not scary. A kitchen car serving delicious coffee may come to the car park. In winter, it is a 3-minute walk to the free shuttle bus stop for Ishikari Plain Ski Resort.(Runs until mid January) In about 20 minutes.It takes about 10 minutes by car.Please also use it for ski training camps. Parking is rare for more than 5 cars and there is plenty of room for guests using the rental car. Based on Shuyukan, you can enjoy sightseeing on a day trip such as a Lloyd's Connection Factory in the town, a roadside station, or outside of town, such as Sapporo, Otaru, and Biei. You can book an original dinner business trip service with plenty of local ingredients (such as soy milk, pork, eggs, vegetables, etc.) by a local chef, as well as a room tour that traces the history of the founding family.
