We spent 2 weeks vacation in this beautiful house in Aprilia. A supermarket with fresh bread and pasta near by. Lignano beaches about 10 min by car. The kids love the house with lots of space. Having breakfast on the terrace every morning. The hosts are lovely and good hearted people. We forgot to bring our bedclothes and towels, but Filomena just organized all the stuff we needed. I highly recommend a stay at this 17th-century villa in Carfagnò. The incredible interiors transport you to another era, and the peace and privacy of having the entire property to yourself is unmatched. There are many tourist attractions nearby, and within an hour’s drive, you can find yourself at the foot of picturesque mountains. Well-stocked stores, like Supermarket Famila, are just 5 minutes away by car, and there are great pizzerias in the surrounding towns and in Belluno itself – I particularly recommend the fantastic BELLA NAPOLI. If you’re into lakes, Lago di Santa Croce is perfect for swimming and sailing, while Lago di Santa Maria and Lago di Lago offer beautiful hiking trails. Don’t miss the stunning serpentine roads through the valleys on your way there. A must-do is a walk to Brent del Art (park near the cemetery, then a 20-minute walk to the canyon), or exploring the trails around Lago del Mis. For those craving the sea, Lido di Jesolo is ideal for a day trip, and Venic

Excellent location, very comfortable apartment equipped with every comfort. Andrea personally welcomed us and in the apartment he made us find everything for breakfast and more. I recommend anyone to consider this place for their vacation

Villa Vitis was amazing. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was great, close to everything. The host was very nice and helpful. We had a great time and would love to come back

And loved the holiday there. We had plenty of space and in the kitchen were all the appliances we needed. In an enormous heavy rain event, the water was at your doorstep and entered the house. After a call, Ms. Agnese came within a few minutes and removed the water. Only in the evening and morning the many mosquitoes in the outdoor area were really annoying, but the accommodation itself can't do that, but the location between the pine trees.

Everything is as described by the host. A gem that we are happy to recommend it. House and property are one of a kind. A great ambiance, location and view fantastic. The house has style and is well maintained. The garden captivates with its Mediterranean character. The approach is between olive trees and is helpful as described by the host. Can be done with normal car. Gargnano is easily accessible at walking distance. A cozy town with Italian charm. The hosts were friendly, helpful and available. We felt very comfortable.

We stayed at Stefania for a weekend looking for relaxation away from the chaos of Milan. The property is beautiful, spacious, and thoughtful: Stefania personally makes sure everything is clean and tidy. Although it was still not warm enough to use the pool, we enjoyed the barbecue, the billiards, and moments of true relaxation by the bathtub. The spaces, both indoor and outdoor, are tastefully furnished and designed to ensure maximum comfort. Great value too. Stefania was very kind, always available and flexible even for check-in. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay and did not want to leave. We stayed as a family, 2 adults and 3 teens. The villa is stunning and location is absolutely perfect. It’s just a few minutes walk into the town, close to restaurants and shops yet directly on the lake. The views are jaw droppingly beautiful. The house has lots of antique furniture so you need to adapt to seeing signs around the place asking you to be careful with certain pieces but that didn’t bother us at all. The kids swam in the pool and the lake, we rode the bikes (available for use) around the lake. There is a ferry drop off/collection point just a few metres from the villa and we very easily took the ferry over to Limone (highly recommend). We loved Malcesine itself. Beautiful restaurants, bars, shops. And it felt a little less busy than some of the other towns on the lake which made it perfect for our stay. Sofia was very thoughtful, even having Easter eggs ready for the kids on our arrival. We will definitely be back!

A beautiful vacation in a beautiful home! The house has been recently renovated, it has 5 rooms all with new bathrooms, a large living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a magnificent lawn in front with magnificent views. Camillo is a very nice and helpful host. Absolutely recommended!

It was great. An extraordinary location with great charme. The castle looks exactly like on the pictures and the view is lovely. It comfortably fits 8 people and the garden is huge. Ada is a great host, who responds right away and gives great recommendations. She lives next door with her dogs and is always available in case of questions. It was great!

I celebrated my 30th birthday at Villa Gordon and it was great. The house is perfect for a relaxing weekend with friends. Communication with Anthony was easy and straightforward. I'd be celebrating again.

Maibrit & Hildegarde are the most amazing hosts. From the vases of flowers, luxury bath robes, fresh bread delivered to the door & home made apple strudel, we felt more like family guests than renters. This is more than your regular Airbnb! The house itself is of the highest quality & extremely comfortable. They have thought of everything. And that view! It is truely breathtaking. If you are thinking of booking here don’t hesitate! It is amazing.

We had a wonderful time in this lovingly furnished house. Pool and terrace are really nice and the outdoor area has been cleaned every day. In the garden there were turtles, a cat and chickens - so we got fresh eggs for breakfast daily. The house was clean, well maintained and well equipped down to the last detail and left nothing to be desired. Luca, our host, was incredibly friendly and helpful which made our stay even more enjoyable. 😊

It is a wonderful place to stay, a small house adjacent to a large house, with a large, idyllic garden and a great pool, from which you can overlook the entire Tagliamento. Andrea is a very friendly and helpful host who provided us with good information. Within walking distance there is a good Alimentari with a small bar. For hikers, there is Monte Pala and a beautiful medieval path to Vito d'asio via San Martino - right outside the front door!

A great house, for the whole family ( 9 people with dog, enough parking space for up to 5 cars ) Great view of Lake Garda - all the way to Sirmione. Wonderfully relaxing. Great views of Monte Baldo and the lake from the pool. Large garden with retreats for the individuals. Pool service comes weekly. We had enough space in front of Allessia Grande to dine and sit with all 9 people and enjoy the great view. There is regular fireworks somewhere on Lake Garda. Great views. Take binoculars with you. The lake is quite large :-) We had 2 weeks and had a wonderful time there. Olive trees and lots of Mediterranean herbs in the terraceed garden. You walk and suddenly it smells like basil and oregano - stepped on ... it smells nice. Rosemary sufficiently available :-) We will keep it in good memory and will be happy to recommend it

It was one the nicest places I have stayed at. The Vila is extremely clean and the design and decors are outstanding! Not to mention the spectacular views. Everything been extremely pleasing and the hosts been absolutely amazing! We cannot wait to back and highly highly recommend it!
