This beautiful apartment is located in Hohenaspe. You live on the upper floor. The apartment offers two large rooms, a spacious hallway in which a cooking facility is housed and which can be used as a dining area. In addition, a modern spacious bathroom with shower and hot tub. Very good shopping is within walking distance. In the district town of Itzehoe you are 10 minutes away by car, 45 minutes to Büsum and Hamburg is easily accessible by bus and train.

From here, you can take many excursions to the North Sea (Büsum 30 and Speichererkoog in Meldorf 20 minutes by car, ...).

This apartment is the old classroom of a school over 100 years old. It has been completely renovated and the charm of bygone times has been preserved. We have a terrace and a garden to spend time and make breakfast in open air, if the wheather allows it :-) It's available for groups, families and cyclists. Till now the bathroom only can be reached through the doublebed-room. We're searching for another solution. In 125 qm you have much space. Shops for daily needs are nearby. And there are many possibilties for day trips.

It is a beautiful, newly renovated apartment with a large open kitchen, with a cooking island and adjoining dining area. Here in our house there are two more apartments.
