An Absolutely Perfect Stay – Exceeded All Expectations! This listing completely redefined my idea of a short-term rental! From the moment I stepped inside, I could feel the host’s attention to detail – the space was spotless, with a modern yet cozy design that blended style and comfort effortlessly. The floor-to-ceiling windows flooded the room with natural light, and the city skyline at night felt like staying in a boutique hotel!

Everything excellent as always

We felt very comfortable in our stay. We value a lot that I had security and the access to go to the microcenter - the subte a block, several collectivos by av San Juan, fast to go by car - a supermarket open 24 hours a meters from the Department. Nice view from the dining room looking through the window, the canopy of the trees. Small but functional balcony. The full Dpto, with a mattress in good condition (doesn't always happen), and great water pressure will allow for a comfortable shower. Finally, add that Cami was always attentive that we did not lack anything and respond quickly. It was also super flexible with both the entry and the egress to the Dept.

Our group - 10 people - stayed at Casa Bill in January/2025, the place accommodated our group well. The house was impeccable (cleaning, organization), everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The neighborhood is quiet and with facilities close to the house (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants). The hosts were super present and quick in all communication with us. Near the date of our check-in, they sent us the information and arrangements about the house (all very organized), as well as important and cool tips about Buenos Aires. It was a great experience!

We loved Leandro's house! Super comfortable, beautiful and had everything we needed! Leandro was extremely attentive from the beginning and was available all the time! We were very happy with the details he prepared for the guests and with your kindness. I recommend it!

Very good experience! Dario and Cristina welcomed us kindly in the house, they showed us how everything works and were always attentive. The house is even bigger and more beautiful than what's shown in the photos. It has many amenities to live in, and is very well maintained. It is very close to the Train Station and the neighborhood is very quiet. I would definitely come back!

Ezequiel is a super host. His property was perfect! My kids were sick and he helped with finding a pharmacy, and had great suggestions of restaurants and things to do. Loved the home!

Perfect place for large groups. The property is huge. The kitchen is also large, which makes it very comfortable and practical. The spacious living room has games, ideal for groups. The pool does its function. Full grill with tools to cook and set fire. The only thing to note is that being an establishment that has several private rooms, we were not the only ones in the building. There were guests in other rooms, but they did not occupy the common places. Just to mention that the front door is one, so other guests transit when they are heading to their respective rooms. Except for that detail, the place is perfect.

The stay was great and the place was just like the pictures. Super usable the apartment with the grillboard ! We just didn't have wifi throughout the stay and it couldn't be fixed because it was holiday days. Beyond these points we would go again!

I loved the place, just what we needed

Juan is an excellent host. Super attentive and willing, since he welcomed us at 10:00 pm. The apartment has all the things you need, it also has a toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle. I'd like to highlight the terrace with a pool, which is very nice and not very crowded. Unfortunately we didn't go in because of the weather, but we still wanted to because the area is beautiful. It's a shame that you can't drink mate in the area, but I understand that maybe some people in the building or even some guests don't take care of it. The area is spectacular, a few blocks from Puerto Madero. It's a nice place to stay and both the security and the people in the building were very friendly.

Beautiful place, comfortable and a very nice area to walk and take advantage of the day and night.

This is the second time I've stayed with family at this place and the service and comfort are incredible.

Excellent apartment and communication with Laura. I really liked the location, tired of locomotion and close to tourist places, you can go to the neighborhood the mouth walking. So too, the very friendly concierge, made me an induction of the different amenities of the building. If I would go back to Buenos Aires, I would go back to this place. 👍

Fantastic. Well located, great area. Walkable to San Telmo market and onwards into the centre. Gym, pool great, amazing views including of La bombonera! Check in easy, security guys lovely. Clean, comfy. Great communication. I suspect I’ll be back!
