Welcome to our bright, spacious apartment, a 5-minute walk from the bustling center of Eindhoven. The apartment is built around a patio, allowing a lot of daylight to enter. With a private entrance, complete privacy and a fully equipped kitchen, we offer a warm, homey stay. Parking can be paid for in front of the door, outside the ring free of charge. Feel welcome, relax and enjoy everything Eindhoven has to offer. We do everything to make your stay special and comfortable!

Riant huis, veranda, grote tuin, natuur en water

The house is full of comforts and offers views of the water. With no less than five terraces, including two cozy verandas, one with a wood-burning stove, there is always a place to relax. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!

Guest suite 10 min walking distance from the city center!

The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds (80-200) and a cozy seating area with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse, you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.

You have access to your own private 6 person Jacuzzi. There are mountain-bike and hiking trails starting in our back yard and you are more than welcome to rent our e-MTB or MTB to try these out. From this perfectly located home base, everything is within reach. Within about 25 minutes' walk, you are in the city center, on the hip Strijp-S or in a green park. Terraces, cozy eateries and shops are nearby. While everything is so close, the street is still quiet with almost only local traffic.
