Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Torbay

A four night stay for a short family break over Easter. Everything you need is available in the Apartment. We are frequent visitors to Torquay so to have the flexibity and ease to user AIRBNB meets our requirments. Osbourne Hotel has some great facilities, Swimmimng Pools, Bar and restaurant, with very friendly staff. Would denfinately revisit and use 'Des' and AIRBNB again. Thank you.

Great communication from before I booked it as I had a few questions. Very accommodating with my requests and clear instructions. A home from home. A lovely welcome pack for when we arrived. Spotlessly clean. Extremely comfortable beds. A lovely hot shower with some good power to it. Had absolutely everything we needed including toilet paper, washing up liquid and towels provided which is very rare in a caravan. Even had a coffee machine with a selection of different coffee pods. Lots to do on the site and access to the neighbouring site too. Also only a 10 minute drive to Torquay so plenty to do. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again. This is a crescent of Edwardian scale apartments with a hotel and a manned reception managing some of the apartments. Large rooms, high ceilings, large windows. Well equipped and lots of amenities on site. Unusual Airbnb as it’s a purpose built holiday facility but lovely, grand and easy to use. Make sure you have transport as shopping for apartment is not walkable. There is a bus service into the center of town. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful.

We had a superb stay at Des’s apartment in The Osbourne. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotless and well-maintained the apartment was—it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was beautifully presented, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the lovely indoor swimming pool, which was a perfect place to unwind no matter the weather. The facilities were excellent, and it was never too crowded, allowing us to fully enjoy our time there. The location couldn’t have been better, with the beach just a short stroll away. Waking up to the fresh sea air and being able to walk along the coast so easily made our stay even more special. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore the area, this apartment is ideally situated. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Des was a fantastic host, and we highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay.

A beautiful property and excellent value. A self-contained annex to a family home, this is a great apartment with amazing views across the Devonshire countryside. We were only there for a night but would definitely return for a longer stay. The bed was super comfy and the living area was a spacious and well equipped. Beth was very helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed.

A beautiful apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect and nice having the hotel next door. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We’ve just got back from a wonderful week at Nicki’s beautiful apartment. The views were incredible! Our boys loved watching the sea tractor going back and forth from Burgh Island, and letting us know when the tide was out and the Beach Barista was there! There was something incredibly magical looking out to Burgh Island, and we miss those views already! The apartment was beautifully presented and furnished to a very high standard. The whole set up is fantastic, and it was an added bonus to have dedicated use of the pool, gym and Deck restaurant. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with us. We’d love to return! The location was within walking distance of most of the places we wanted to go. Having off-street parking is an absolute bonus in Exeter, and having room for 2 cars was fantastic. The proeprty has been modernised, itwas clean with good natural light and was excellent value. If we require accommodation in Exeter again, we would be trying to book here again

We had such a wonderful stay. The house was larger and more beautiful than I expected - much better than the lovely pictures. Really thoughtful amenities and touches. The staff at the hotel could not have been more welcoming or accommodating and similarly with all communication via Airbnb. The food at the Cary Arms Hotel was excellent and a stones throw from the house. Beautiful beach, breathtaking views, lovely home and a short walk from local restaurants and shops. We wished we had booked for longer. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Lovely house, perfect for a group weekend away. Well furnished, great value for money. Not close to town, but in super peaceful location and great with cars as was noted in description.

It was a fantastic cottage, perfect for a family of four. Excellent location to visit Darmouth, Salcombe, Brixham and many other beautiful places in South Devon. It was great to be able to use the facilities at the golf club and the surroundings were stunning.
