Ático decorado al detalle con muebles de alta calidad, posee una maravillosa terraza que podrá disfrutar prácticamente todo el año. El edificio tiene piscina abierta durante los meses de verano (mediados de junio hasta primera semana de septiembre), y zona de niños. Tiene supermercado a 100m, varios restaurantes y un parque justo en frente donde dar un paseo o poder practicar deporte. Zona tranquila y con transporte público directo al centro. De fácil acceso a IFEMA y próximo al aeropuerto.

Temporary rental (LAU) for work, medical or study stays. Bright, comfortable, and fully equipped, with silent air conditioning, reinforced door and 24 hour surveillance. Pool (summer), gym, tennis, paddle and basketball court, and a wonderful garden. Located in one of the safest neighborhoods in Madrid. Juan Pablo II Park a few meters away. Very close to IFEMA, the Palacio de Congresos, Clínica Universidad de Navarra, and the airport, with excellent connections to the rest of Madrid.
