Relax and unwind in this quiet and elegant accommodation. We've been Airbnb hosts for years, renting out the attic of our own home. Since it didn't have a separate entrance, we thought about adapting our basement to be able to continue receiving guests with greater privacy, since we have always liked the idea of being able to host people from all over the world. It was a project in which the whole family participated and in which we put all our enthusiasm and affection. We hope you like it!

Located in a quiet village that is very well connected, with all services near Madrid, Toledo, Aranjuez, Escorial.

The house is literally 5 minutes away from the Principe Pío metro/train/bus station. Very well connected with EMT line buses 46, 75 and 41 to downtown in 15 minutes in Callao/Sol. It is close to Ciudad Universitaria, different universities such as UCM, UPM (INEF), and Clínica Moncloa hospital, HU San Carlos and Fundación Jimenez Díaz, etc. There is a direct train ride to the airport. Room located on a quiet street. It's on the 4th floor WITH an elevator.
