Beachfront holiday rentals in Tortola

we loved the location where we stayed. it was private, away from the noise , and the views were breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a quiet get away.

James and Tara are the best Hosts!!! Very responsive and extremely upbeat humans. We appreciate the ride to cruz bay as well! The airbnb was private and super clean. The view is incredible and the sounds of the roosters and donkeys added great ambiance Absolutely perfectly appointed. There's everything you need in the kitchen (and more) plus water/beach accessories (chairs, coolers, ice packs). The safe plus the washer and dryer were an unexpected bonus. Although the area is super safe, we loved that the community was gated for extra privacy. We loved our stay and hope to book longer than 5 days next year. Thank you James and Tara!

We loved the apartment. It truly exceeded our expectations. The photos don’t do it justice. It’s well furnished with very attractive furniture that is actually comfortable!!!! There are many beautiful places out there but some of them have no where really comfortable to sit! Jon’s place is comfortable in every aspect. And the beach chairs, coolers and umbrella are a big plus. We never thought of turning on the TV because the view was so amazing. It is also well supplied with books and games. The kitchen is one of the most well equipped of all the places we have stayed. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was more than adequate. The fans throughout and the air conditioner in the dining room kept the whole apartment very cool and we wound up turning them down for the night and off in the morning. You can very easily walk to Long Bay or Smugglers beach though Smugglers is a longer walk. The pool is lovely as well. We will return! And Jon was a very pleasant host.

Honeymoon was conveniently situated within walking distance to grocery, restaurants, and cruise Bay ferry. What a nice stay! I’ll be a return customer :)

Brittany and Robert were amazing hosts. They answered all of our questions quickly and even reached out to us to warn us of a storm coming through. The location was exactly what we wanted.. quiet and private. We spent very night and morning on the screened in porch.

Alison's place is an amazing get away for two people looking for some peace and quiet. A car is much needed and well worth it to really explore the parts of the island that are off the beaten track and Alison's location is a perfect home base for that kind of adventure as it is close to the quieter town of Coral Bay (food and groceries) and access to roads that lead to trails such as the reef trail and salt pond and more! It also has stunning views, is beautifully designed and has everything you could ask for in kitchen and beach hoping amenities. We honestly did not want to leave and are already dreaming of our next trip to St. John and a stay at this lovely location.

This place was perfect for me & my best friend! Walking distance to all food places, bars, groceries, ferry to Saint Thomas, and cabs/taxis in Cruz Bay! Patrick was super nice, I left behind a couple items & he was super quick to solve my issue! I already booked the unit again for a future trip!

The Turtle’s Nest was a perfect location for a home base for the few days we stayed in St. John. The flat is located below the owners home so it’s as if you have upstairs neighbors while you are here. You will hear some occasional noise upstairs but nothing loud. Felt very private and homey. The outdoor shower was great after a hot sandy day at the beach. The parking instructions and check in and check out instructions were very clear. The airbnb had all the amenities we needed during our stay. The cats and dog were also very friendly. Jen was very responsive and even had the airbnb available to us a hour earlier. You will have to remove the trash once you check out. Overall a wonderful place to stay during your vacation in St. John.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Eileen, Tad and Dena were to deal with for this vacation. Communication was perfect! We were provided with arrival instructions well in advance and any questions were answered promptly. Dena met us and led us to the beautiful house. The house exceeded our expectations in so many ways. The cleanliness was outstanding. We had plenty of room to spread out and ample amount of towels, pillows and blankets. The bed was very comfortable. We absolutely loved the outdoor space with the grill. The patio/pool area was the perfect space to hangout and soak up the sun. ☀️ The best part - privacy and quiet. We were able to enjoy nature without the noise of cars, people or lights. The hummingbirds that would fly by to the beautiful flowers were amazing. The night sky with all the stars 🌟 was breathtaking. The view and sounds from the nearby beach (within walking distance) were just wonderful. We cannot wait to go back!!

Anna-Kaye’s place was exactly as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. If we were to suggest anything that could be added, it would be comfortable beach chairs but the connected resort did have those available. We took advantage of the pre-arranged taxi and stop at the grocery store and if you don’t have a rental car, I would highly recommend that added service. All in all, as frequent visitors to Tortola, we would recommend this location and hope to stay there again ourselves one day. We were even lucky enough to see a migrating humpback whale breach right from our patio!

This a wonderful home and perfect for a large family, or 3 couples. Fabulous views, relaxing deck, plenty of space to hang out, and a great pool to cool off in…Wendy was very helpful and has a wonderful local team…..we loved it all!

Rendezvous by the Sea was an amazing place to stay. The view from our room was indescribable. Beautiful doesn’t do it justice. The bed was very comfortable made up with nice sheets and pillows. The bathroom has plenty of room and the shower is huge. Caron was a phenomenal host. She was extremely helpful with our trip and provided great suggestions on where to go and places to eat. It was a joy to sit out on the new deck by the pool and take in the relaxing view. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

The view from the living room was to die for! I’d love to be able to take it back home. The entire home accommodated our family of five beautifully. When we return to St. Thomas again, we definitely want to stay here again. It was spacious, clean, and beautiful.

Chris and Ramona's place was absolutely stunning. Chris was very repsonsive to questions and had recommendations for great places to adventure on the island (Waterlemon Cay for the best snorkeling), as well as where to grocery shop (The Marketplace), and how early to get to the St. Thomas airport (about 3 hours) and how to navigate the car barge. It was our first time on St John and we fell in love with the wildness of the island as well as the beauty of white sand beaches and turquoise waters. The house had everything you need in the kitchen, the bed is extremely comfortable, the outdoor shower is amazing, and the wrap around deck is perfect for relaxing and looking at the beautiful view. Chris provided beach chairs, beach and shower towels, and shampoo. The private pool is an amazing place to look at the stars at night while relaxing and the view of the ocean is breathtaking. The walk down to the beach from the house is very cool and feels like it's your own beach.

Great apartment and loved having a morning coffee on the balcony. We all had a great time in the BVI’s and it started perfectly with 2 days here prior to heading off on a charter. Thank you for having us, staying at yours was the perfect start to our break. The accommodation is as shown in the pictures and appreciate you being so communicative and friendly. Thank you again.

The Privateer Beach Cottage is an amazing location at the far end of St. John's. This cottage cannot be beat if you are looking for beauty and serenity. We never saw a single person other than our family on Privateer Beach. Youneed to rent a jeep and be comfortable driving on the island. We loved cruising around St. John's finding new beaches and snorkeling. This is an absolute gem of a place to stay. I'm sure we will be back.

This was a fabulous place to stay. Loved cooking dinners in the kitchen and watching the sunset. Kristen was very responsive, had a minor problem with water pressure. She had someone out within the hour to correct. We will be coming back to stay at this villa. I would recommend everyone rent a car, as this is not walkable to Cruz Bay.

Great week at the Westin Villa. Our family of 4 fit just fine in this studio. Nice to be a bit removed from the rest of the resort but an easy walk down the hill to any amenity we would need. We would rebook for sure.

We had an incredible stay at this St. John gem! If you're looking for a private, authentic island experience, this is it. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, making us feel right at home. The house itself is a charming rustic island home with breathtaking views. We loved having two separate living spaces, perfect for our group of two couples. The provided coolers, chairs, and floaties were a fantastic bonus, and we truly felt like we were living like locals. Plus, it was wonderfully affordable for all the amenities and views. Highly recommend!

Elton and Tory were both incredible hosts! They are committed to making sure your vacation experience is exceptional. They are the best hosts that we have experienced anywhere in the world when it comes to personal care and dedicated service. My wife had asked about a specific wine that was nowhere in the BVIs. But two days later, Tory showed up at our door step with a bottle of it. They had a box flown in special delivery! We had some other special requests and they did all that they could possibly do to make us feel special and cared for. We had some last minute changes and they allowed us to move to a different villa. It was all awesome! The grounds were gorgeous and immaculate. The house was super clean and restful. The furnishings were top notch and provided a great Caribbean vibe. We could not be happier with our stay and highly recommend booking with Elton! When we return to the VBIs, Elton will be the first person we contact for our accommodations.

We had a fabulous week, going for Christmas to be with our daughter and her wife who live there. There were five of us staying in both sides, having 2 kitchens which came in very handy for Christmas dinner. We would definitely come back.
