Night zone with double bed (Queen size), kitchen with all the necessary, living-room with sofa-bed and TV, bathroom furnished with towels and soaps, a private garden furnished with table, chairs, a big umbrella and barbeque. Air conditioning available in the summer months. Distant 8 minutes by car from the airport Leonardo da Vinci, and around 15 minutes from Fiera di Roma. Particular attention in the disinfection of the most touched surfaces.

The residence I'm offering is new, very bright, tastefully decorated and well furnished. It's located near San Giovanni in Laterano and is perfectly connected with downtown Rome, Colosseo, airports and train stations. The metro "A" stop of Piazza Re di Roma is a 5 minutes walk and right in front of the apartment there is a bus stop 85, they both take downtown. In the surrounding areas there are markets, restaurants, bar, gelato shops and many other shopping stores.

In the heart of Ostia, 200 steps from the beach.

Casa di Pepi is situated in a prime location, right in the centre of Ostia, 1 minute walking distance from the beach. The apartment has been recently renovated. It is surrounded by restaurants, bars, pizzeria, boutique, chemist's, church and police station. Plenty of dining options. Train and Bus station to Rome and Ostia Antica are just 700 meters from the apartment.

It enjoys the grass and pine trees in a large garden. It is connected by urban transport to Rome city, Castel Fusano pine forest and Ostia beach.

Boheme Cottage with swimming pool

Boheme Cottage is in the south part of Rome and has a nice garden all around. Nearby there is the archeological spot of Parco dell'Appia Antica and the Sanctuary of Santa Maria del Divino Amore. The swimming pool is open from early June to late September.

Our comfortable house is perfect if you want to enjoy Rome, the beach and lots of funny things you can do in this location. We are 50 mt. from the beach and 150 mt. from train station. Ostia it's just 30 min. away from Rome's city center by train.

Colosseo Terrace 180°

The building where the apartment is located it’s situated just at the opposite of the East entrance of Colle Oppio park, where once stood the famous Nero's Doums Aurea in a few minutes you can easily walk to the Colosseum and the ancient Forum.
