La casa, di recente costruzione, si trova in una posizione strategica: attraversando la strada ci si trova sulla spiaggia. La stessa puo' essere libera o puoi trovare diversi stabilimenti balneari. Vicino: supermercati, istituti di credito, ufficio postale, fermata beach bus ecc. Camminando lungo la passeggiata Bousquet, godendosi l'incantevole tramonto, dopo 800 metri si può visitare lo splendido centro storico di Alghero. Vi aspetto per vivere un'esperienza veramente magica.
